Solution Methodology

All work is customized for each client.  We typically use an interactive workshop-based approach where we draw out the ideas of top people in your company.  We emphasize consensus. 

Because of this approach, we will consume time from your top people.  ubiLink will provide the leadership and the summarization -- things we are specialists in.  What we cannot do is substitute for the knowledge and intellect your people have about your market and your business.

We prefer to do a small fee initial assessment that gives us both a chance to determine the fit of ubiLink for the larger task while simultaneously assessing the level of work that will be necessary.  For the larger task, we can work on fixed fee or by billable day.
